At Aesthetic Skin Design we pride ourselves on creating beautiful experiences and the very best of professional care for our valuable guests.

Please read our etiquette protocol, to ensure an enjoyable visit.

ARRIVAL

We understand that life is busy but please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time as our services are built around a specific time frame.

We strive to offer the best of professional care, and late arrival will limit the time allocated for your service. We might need to complete the treatment in the frame time left or cancel your appointment. In this instance a full fee for the treatment will apply.

GROUP BOOKINGS

We welcome guests to book in advance to secure the preferred date, time and service. Please contact us to arrange group bookings. A 25% surcharge applies to all Sunday group bookings.

BOOKINGS, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

Out of consideration of all our guests, a minimum 24 hours notice is required in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will result in a of 50% fee being charged from the total price of booking.

Cancellations without notice or no-shows will incur the full treatment fee. A Credit Card number via phone is required to secure your booking for treatments of 60 minutes or longer in order to comply with our cancellation policy.

A 15% surcharge applies for Public Holidays, and Sundays

Aesthetic Skin Design is reserved for guests over 18 years and older. Guests between 14 -18 years must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Guests’ safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. Due to safety reasons we strictly do not allow babies and children to accompany parents to treatments, and children must not be left in the waiting area unsupervised.

MOBILE PHONES

Embrace the phone –free time. We thank you in advanced for not using your mobile phone and for turning it to silent mode.

ASD STAFF

All Aesthetic Skin Design professional therapists are specialized and certified in their respective treatments. We have a consistency policy of our treatments delivery and our staff is committed to provide the best services in industry. If your preferred therapist is not available on the date of your service we are able to offer to you the same quality of the treatment with another qualified member of our team.

PRIVACY

We understand how important your privacy is, all personal and health information will be treated confidentially and securely, and will not be passed to the third parties without your written consent.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATE

We offer Gift Certificates for all our treatments.

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for the treatment nominated or the value can be used towards to other services offered. When appointments are made to redeem your Gift Certificate please have the certificate number ready for booking.

Gift Certificates are to be presented when redeeming treatments on the day of your appointment.

Gift Certificate are non –refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or another certificate or used to purchase products or promotions packages.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Aesthetic Skin Design does not refund, swap products based on “change of mind”, however you receive a refund or credit where the goods are proven to be faulty. This policy doesn’t apply to goods which have been worn /used, damaged or broken. If you have had an allergic reaction to any product purchased and would you like a refund, we require you to notify us within 24 hours and return the products within 7 days from the date of your purchase. You need to fill in a form for reporting to the manufacturer. Please provide proof of purchase when returning the goods.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Please advise us at time of any bookings of any health concerns, medication, infectious diseases, allergies, pregnancy. Clients suffering of medical conditions are required to provide written clearance letter from their General Practitioner.

For pregnancy and breastfeeding we recommend that you check with your doctor if the treatment is appropriate prior to booking. In the case of doubt please contact your doctor before making any appointments. Aesthetic Skin Design is a non medical environment and all treatments are designed for your well-being.

DISCLAIMER

We only collect health information from you that is relevant and necessary to our services. Any advice and home care prescription provided by us during and after treatment is not a medical advice. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if any of your medical conditions are contra-indicated and may cause any harm to you, therapists or other guests. You shall not hold Aesthetic Skin Design, its employees and third parties providers liable for any claim arising as a result of our treatments now or in the future.

The Management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged objects within the Beauty Salon. No valuable items should be left in the treatment room unsupervised.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard and Visa. Prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
